It is ”Emperors” beef that is supplied in the qualities: Waygu Premium Label originates from Japan. Wagyu beef is an expensive luxurious product that is sold in sets.
Each set has a unique passport with original identity and marbling quality.
A special category Wagyu beef served at Toro Dorado is the highest quality on offer, distinguished by marbling and taste.
